Kick Tolerance
A kick tolerance calculation based on calculating the kick volume required to breakdown the shoe strength in two ways and outputting the lower value. Kick tolerance is calculated with a gas influx on bottom and at the shoe. The safety factor shows how much pressure window you have to circulate out a kick.
